Project management training is provided through the training unit of Charter, Australian Academy of Project Management.

AAPM’s Project management Program (PMBOK aligned) will help any organisation to radically improve its ability to define and manage their projects, whilst maximising productivity. Whether you just want to improve your project delivery capability or attain formal qualifications and or professional recognition (AIPM), our program has something for you.

AAPM’s Project Management courses will give you the skills to:

• Develop an effective project plan and manage it confidently.
• Really identify the project stakeholders and design a strategy to keep them in the loop.
• Understand project benefits and to allow you to question whether a project should be approved or even stopped.
• Work out the critical path and its effect on the project budget.
• Reduce project variability dye to project estimates that are too broad.

Project Management is an excellent program that teaches you and your organisation to become efficient at managing your projects, whilst becoming the best at what you do.

The Project Management course can be customised and run in house using your own projects as the case studies. Alternatively participants can attend generic courses and take away immediately applicable strategies and systems.

Attainment of Qualifications
Participants seeking qualifications (Certificate IV, Diploma, Advanced Diploma) will be guided through a process known as Competency Based Assessment. In order to assess and establish your employees’ skills, the Australian Academy of Project Management will evaluate each candidate against the Australian National Competency Standards.

Professional Recognition
Assistance and assessment is also provided for students to gain Professional Recognition from the AIPM. Fees for this service are in addition to the qualification assessment and may include AIPM membership for non-members.
