As an endorsed training organisation by the Australian Institute of Project Management, we offer candidates the opportunity to gain professional recognition through the AIPM certification program. The AIPM has based its recognition on achievement of key competencies and assists candidates by offering support and guidance through the certification process. While many individuals undertake the attainment of professional recognition on their own initiative, the AIPM is active in encouraging organisations to support this recognition. Supporting the employee recognition process is useful for the following reasons:
- It allows an organisation to establish a base standard upon which it can judge its project managers
- To recognise the capabilities of its employees and therefore the organisation
- To implement a continuing professional development policy for its employees to improve their skills, and hence to enhance the organisation's performance.
"Consider having professionals in your organisation get RegPM certified. Not because it's a hot certification that is in vogue right now, but because your bottom line will thank you. " |
